If you were muted on our servers or Discord, you may submit an appeal by creating a Support ticket. Be sure to include your Player IGN or Discord Name, we can't look up your punishment without it.
We do not accept appeals for punishment durations shorter than 7 days unless they were issued by mistake. This limitation also applies to Warnings regardless of duration.
Appeals must be submitted within 60 days of the punishment issue date. Logs may not be available outside of this time frame which will result in an immediate denial.
Please do not use AI to generate an appeal for you, they often create very long messages and this takes up valuable time from our team to read.
We only accept one appeal per punishment, all decisions are final. Not all appeals are accepted and depending on the rule violation they may be automatically denied.
