If you need to cancel your server plan before it expires, please contact the Support Team by creating a ticket. We are only able to issue refunds for the days that are remaining on your plan. To calculate the refund amount we divide the plan by 30 (days in the plan) to find the cost per day, then multiple that by the number of days remaining.
If you have purchased an external server plan, you can switch your server to a Free plan at anytime and will automatically receive a refund for unused days.
Server Plan purchases are non-transferable, we are not able to move them to another server or account.
